Pro1Lube is formed as a new lubricants company focused on earth-friendly extreme pressure lubrication technology.  Former Armor All exec Lawrence Kahn joins the team as CFO.

Major commercial and industrial companies use Pro1Lube products with extraordinary results. First national distributor, Motion Industries, agrees to carry Pro1Lube products.
